Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • dash of mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • SweetLeaf Stevia, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix cabbage and apples together.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage and apples.
  3. Toss to coat and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
