Greek Watermelon Salad

3 cups cubed watermelon

2 large tomatoes cubed

1 medium cucumber chopped

1 small red onion sliced and cut thin

1/3 cup cubed feta(block feta is best)

½ cup black olives

Chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and wine vinegar. Salt and pepper before tossing lightly. Serve
