Lemon Poppy Seed Bars
Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 ½ cups Flax Seed
  • 2 T. Poppy Seeds
  • ⅔ cups Xylitol
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp. Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. Salt

Wet

  • 1 T. MTC oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Extract
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Zest from 2 Lemons
  • Juice from 2 Lemons
Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together.
  3. Combine.
  4. I put parchment paper so I can lift it out easily in your choice of pan.
  5. Bake at 400 for 30 min.
