  • 2 teaspoons MCT oil- or spritz of olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • Sprinkle of Bragg's Nutritional Yeast flakes


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the oil, garlic, egg and salt together.
  2. Toss in the green beans and coat well.
  3. Pour onto a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  6. To crisp, heat for a minute or two under the broiler.
